Crop Insurance Specialist

Jim Dugan owns and operates Farm Risk Management Specialists Inc. (F.R.M.S.). He works with farmers to provide the coverage best suited to their budget, and business plan.

Jim was born and raised on a farm in rural Missouri. After receiving a degree in agriculture from the University of Missouri, Jim returned home, and purchased his own farm. He operated the farm for several years before going into the crop insurance business on a full time basis.

Jim has written crop insurance for nearly 20 years, to farmers all over the Midwest. In recent years he has acted as an expert witness in crop insurance cases across the country. Jim also employs agents across the Midwest, to better serve the producer.
