Henry Scherer
 Crop Insurance Specialist & Farmer Henry Scherer is a farmer in Northeast Kansas. He is the fourth generation of his family to own and operate the farm where he and his family reside. He farms 1000 acres of corn, milo, soybeans and, occasionally, wheat in a three county area. He also does some custom harvesting. He has been in the crop insurance business since 1981 and owns a large agency affiliated with Farm Risk Management Specialists, Inc. He works with clients in Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska developing risk management plans using crop insurance. We run various marketing strategies past him to get a real farmer's perspective on how they will work on a day to day basis out there on the farm. |
